Using FareScout
FareScout provides event listings and planning information for drivers. Listings come from third-party providers and information entered by the operator. Dates, venues, ticket availability and event status can change. Attendance, venue capacity and weather information may include estimates; holiday planning notes do not guarantee demand or earnings. Check the organizer's current information when timing or location is critical to your plans.
FareScout is not the ticket seller for linked events. Ticket purchases are governed by the ticket provider's terms. FareScout is currently a beta service; features, event sources and availability may change.
Your account
Sign in with your Google account and protect access to it. Use FareScout lawfully, and do not attempt to access another person's account, interfere with the service or bypass its access controls. Tell us if you believe your account has been compromised.
Our Privacy Policy describes account information, cookies, billing providers and data requests.
Trials, subscriptions and cancellation
Your plan, price, billing interval and any trial offer are shown when you subscribe. A card-free signup trial does not by itself authorize a paid subscription. Completing paid checkout authorizes the recurring charges described there. Trial and referral benefits follow the offer shown in the application.
Use Manage Billing in Settings to review or manage your subscription and see the effective cancellation date. Signing out, stopping use of the app or disconnecting Google does not cancel a subscription. Contact us if you cannot access billing controls or have a billing or refund question.
Support and updates
Report problems or send questions through Contact and feedback in Settings. If you cannot sign in, email FareScout support. We aim to correct reported errors, but cannot promise that every provider listing is complete or accurate.
We will date updates to these terms and give any required notice of material changes.
